Refund policy

On the free trial, cancel any time before it ends and you're never charged. Charges after a trial, including when you start your plan early, aren't refundable.

If you choose Start now and pay without a trial, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of that first payment. You qualify if you've used less than about 10% of your monthly allowance. The setup we run for every new customer doesn't count: your first site audit, buyer questions research, first AI answer check and weekly plan.

A prorated refund for the part you haven't used of the amount you actually paid, after any discount, minus payment processing fees. The used part is the larger of your two shares: articles and page updates, or backlink pitches.

Email [email protected] from the email on your account. The founder checks your usage and sends the refund through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. A refund is available once per customer.

This applies to your first payment only; monthly renewals aren't refundable. You can cancel anytime in Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and published articles stay on your site.

AutoSEOPilot is for businesses, and this policy is for business customers. It doesn't limit any rights the law gives you.
